Artificial Turf System Stats

1. Drainage matrix
The sub-soil drainage matrix is site-designed for optimal efficiency and performance.

2. Two-tier gravel foundation
The engineered two-tier gravel foundation is laser leveled and compacted to provide a stable and uniform base with high drainage capacities.

3. Optional shock attenuation pad
The underlying shock pad is our superior EAL® (Energy Absorption Layer) system: a pre-formed granulated rubber pad that provides high-energy absorption without rendering the surface pillowy or leg-fatiguing.

4. Sand/rubber infill
The infill is a mix of coarse silica sand and rubber granules. The aggregates mix to meet design ratios and ensure consistency of the infill. The blend ratio produces a surface that is firm and fast but with the right resilience to meet targeted Gmax levels.

Rubber infill
The infill is 100% rubber granules manufactured to our specifications. The single component provides a homogenous infill that has a low Gmax that stays consistent over time.

5. Carpet
The carpet is designed to deliver long-term performance under high use schedules. Made with T.C. Thiolon’s new XP yarn, the individual pile tufts resist shredding and remain upright and more grass-like that other PE yarns. With a minimum face weight of 41oz, the carpet gives you the ideal combination of density and durability.
