The Twenty Four/Seven® (24/7®) system is the workhorse in our stable of sports field turf products. 24/7 provides all-weather toughness that stands up to repeated poundings and keeps its rugged good looks. Manufactured with premium slit film yarn and backing components, 24/7 systems carry an eight-year, third part insured performance warranty. And when Motz builds the base for your 24/7 field, our Cover 3® warranty extends to the entire installation.

24/7 systems are composed of slit film PE fibers stitched through a triple backing and coated with urethane to lock the fibers into place. The turf is infilled with a crumb rubber / sand mixture to provide a firm, cushioned surface.

The 24/7 HP line includes Envirofill® acrylic coated sand and Alveosport technical sports layer pad. There is not a system available today that plays and feels more like natural grass. 24/7 HP is the perfect solution for high-use, high performance, multi-purpose fields.

1. Non-abrasive pile fibers – 24/7 slit film yarn delivers long-term performance under high-use conditions. The individual pile tufts resist shredding and remain upright with a soft and resilient feel resembling natural turf. Optimal turf manufacturing specifications produce the ideal combination of density and durability.

2. Infill options – 24/7 systems are infilled with a mixture of sand and crumb rubber granules to produce a surface that’s firm and fast but resilient enough to meet targeted Gmax levels. Set your field apart by upgrading to a 24/7 HP system with Envirofill acrylic coated sand infill and enjoy extraordinary performance and environmental benefits. 

Shock attenuation pad (optional) – Any 24/7 field can be designed to include our EAL™ (Energy Absorption Layer) system: a superior shock attenuation pad that provides high-energy absorption without causing leg fatigue.

3. Two-tier gravel foundation – The two-component gravel foundation is engineered for stability and rapid water infiltration. The finished surface is laser graded to assure perfect uniformity.
